About
I'm a Denver-based Senior DAS Engineer with a cross-disciplinary background in civil and telecommunications engineering. I collaborate with PEs, AHJs, RF engineers, and field teams to deliver carrier-grade in-building wireless systems in complex healthcare and enterprise environments. I enjoy turning noisy KPI spreadsheets and drive logs into crisp actions — and mentoring teams to do the same.
Experience
Engineering Wireless Services (EWS)
- Commission, integrate, and optimize Public Safety & Cellular DAS; align with KPI targets and codes.
- Coordinate with PEs; produce/maintain CAD permit, construction, and as-built drawing sets.
- Lead troubleshooting for system faults/alarms; analyze scanner/OTDR/spectrum data to isolate issues.
- Develop training materials and workflows for field/NOC engineers; mentor technicians.
Construction Manager / Contractor (EWS)
- Managed installation of coax/fiber, active equipment; ensured testing (PIM, Sweep, CW) and closeouts.
- Monitored alarms and routine health checks; refined processes for DAS installation & MOPs.
- Collaborated with clients and facility teams; maintained safety compliance and documentation.
Division27 Telecommunications
- Multi-site DAS (carrier & neutral host). RF troubleshooting for LTE/UMTS & Wi-Fi.
- OOM/BOM reviews, RFI/RFQ/COs, closeouts (5-step, E911, walk test, post-processing).
